【摘要】 目的 :观察复方丹参滴丸对心肌炎心律失常和心功能远期疗效的影响。方法 :12 0例心肌炎患者经常规治疗 1个月以后 ,随机分为两组。治疗组给复方丹参滴丸 ,每次 10粒 ,1日 3次 ,口服。对照组给予地奥心血康胶囊 ,每次 2 0 0 mg,1日 3次口服。两组疗程均为 2～ 6个月。结果 :复方丹参滴丸组 ,临床有效率 93% ;地奥心血康组有效率 73%。结论 :复方丹参滴丸对心肌炎心律失常和心功能远期疗效显著 ,优于地奥心血康更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the long-term therapeutic effectiveness of compound Danshen (salvia miltiorrhiza)droplet pills(CDSDP) on the cardiac functions and arrhythmia in myocarditis.Methods:After one month’s routine treatment,the 120 cases of myocarditis were divided at random iinto two groups. Patients in group one received 10 CDSDP orally,three times a day,while the patients in group two(control group)took Dioxingxuekang 200 mg, also three times a day,both of which were treated for two to six months. Results:the effectiveness rate of CDSDP and control groups were 93% and 73% respectively.Conclusions:The long-term therapeutic effectiveness of CDSDP was much higher than that of Dioxingxuekang.更多还原
