【摘要】 目的 :为了治疗排卵障碍的不孕妇女。方法 :应用克罗米芬 (CC)对 174名上述不孕妇女进行诱导排卵。结果 :排卵恢复率为 78% ,妊娠率为 42 %。结论 :明确病因 ,掌握CC适应症、合理调整个体最适CC剂量及联合用药是诱导成功的关键。文章强调了CC用法个体化的必要性和CC诱导过程中B超监护的重要性。文章还对应用CC后影响妊娠率的因素作了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To treat famale infertility with an obstacle to ovulation.Methods:174 infertile women with obstacles to ovulation were treated by using CC therapy for induceing ovulation.Results:The results show that the successful ovulation rate was 78%,and the pregnancy rate was 42%.Conclusion:The authors believe that defining causes of the disease,grasping indicatios of CC therapy,rationally adjusting CC doss according to indivienalization,and combined dosing are the key of successful induction of ovulation.The paper laid stress on the necessity of individualization in CC administration,and on the importance of B ultrasound monitoring in the application of CC for the induction of ovulation.In this paper influencial factors of pregnancy rate in women of taking CC were also studied.更多还原
