【摘要】 目的 :通过对各类心血管疾病患者体内锂含量的测定以探讨二者之间的关系。方法 :选择 110例各类心血管疾病患者及 31例正常人作为对照 ,抽取外周静脉血 ,测定血浆锂与红细胞内锂的含量 ,并进行统计学分析。结果 :各类心血管疾病患者红细胞内锂的含量明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;随着心功能不全的逐渐加重 ,血浆锂含量亦逐渐降低。结论 :提高血浆或红细胞内微量元素锂的含量 ,可望降低心血管疾病的发病率及改善心脏功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship between microelement lithium and cardiovascular disease.Methods:Lithium level of the serum and erythrocytes was detected in 110 patients with different cardiovascular diseases and 31 control subjects and then the two group data were compared by statistics.Results:Lithium level of erythrocytes in patients with different cardiovascular diseases was much higher than that in control subjects.In addition,serum Lithium level reduces gradually when heart failure aggravates.Conclusion:To increase lithium level of the serum and erythrocytes might reduce the mortality of cardiovascular diseases as well as improve heart function \ \更多还原
