【摘要】 目的 :探讨细针抽吸细胞学 (FNAC)对淋巴瘤 (ML)的诊断价值和ML的细胞学特征。方法 :以ML为中心 ,选择性地对 414例淋巴结FNAC涂片及部分对照HE组织切片在光镜下进行比较研究。结果 :ML 75例 ,其中确诊 6 0例(80 % ) ,拟诊 10例 (13 .3% ) ,误诊 5例 (7% )。其中 6 1例 (80 % )片示细胞单一、幼稚和弥漫。结论 :FNAC诊断ML准确率高 ,本组达 93 .3 %。单一、幼稚和弥漫为非何杰金氏ML的细胞学特征更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the diagnosis value of fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) on lymphoma(ML)and the cytological characteristics of ML.Methods:To take the ML as the center,selected 414 cases of FNAC smears of the lymph nodes and some comparative HE tissue slices were observed and studied in optic microscopy with comparative methods.Results:Of the 75 cases of ML,60 cases(80%)of them were diagnosed clearly,10 cases(13.3%)were considered as ML,and 5 cases(7%)were diagnosed falsely.The smears of the 61 cases(80%) of the 75 cases of ML showed that the cells were simple,immature and diffused.Conclusions:The accuracy of the diagnosis for ML in FNAC is high,reaching 93.3%.The cytological characteristics of the Non Hodgikin’s ML are simple,immature and diffused.更多还原
