【摘要】 目的 :为治疗肾囊肿和多囊肾提供一种更有效、安全的手段。方法 :自行、研制了两型多孔肾脏穿刺针 ,I型由多孔外鞘、内鞘和针芯构成 ; 型由绝缘外套、多孔外鞘、内鞘和针芯构成。两型多孔肾脏穿刺针经皮穿刺治疗肾囊肿和多囊肾病人 2 6例 ,其中 I型针治疗单发性肾囊肿 1 3只、多发性肾囊肿 6只、多囊肾 9只 ; 型针在多囊肾开放去顶手术后行隧道式穿刺 9只。结果 :全部病例收到良好效果。结论 :多孔肾脏穿刺针隧道式穿刺法治疗肾脏囊肿是一种有效、安全的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To supply an effecitve and safe means for the treatment of patients with simple renal cyst or multicystic kidney.Methods:Two types of puncture needle designed by ourselves were used to treat 13 cases of simple renal cyst,6 multicystic kidney and 9 polycystic kidney.Results:All patients treated with the self made porous puncture needles recovered soon. Conclusion: The porous puncture needles are effective and safe for the treatment of patients with renal cystic diseases.更多还原
