【摘要】 目的:介绍椎管前外侧减压术对陈旧性胸腰段脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤的治疗效果。方法:对24例陈旧性胸腰段骨折伴不全瘫者的临床资料进行总结。结果:术后平均随访21个月,术前Frankel分级为B级的9例,术后肌力进步、感觉改善;术前C-D级15例中13例恢复满意,恢复到E级的共8例,其中1例病程长达24年,术后肌力进步-级。2例疗效欠佳。结论:椎管前外侧减压术对晚期陈旧性胸腰段脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤者有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effectiveness of treating the old fracture of thoracolumbar spine with spinal cord injury,through the operation of anterolateral decompression of spinal canal.Methods:The clinical data about twenty-four cases of the old fracture of thoracolumbar spine with partial parap-legia were collected.Results:All patients were followed-up for twenty- one months on average after operation.Both muscle strength and skin sensation were improved in nine cases with Frankel Grade.Fifteen cases with Frankel Grade C-D recovered satisfactorily,and eight of these cases reached Frankel Grade E,but the treatment effectiveness was poor in two cases.Conclusion:Anterolateral decompression is effective in ereating the old fracture of thoracolumber spine with spinal cord injury.更多还原
