MSF器械固定胸腰椎骨折的生物力学研究
Biomechanical Test of Multifunction Spinal Fixator(MSF) in the Fixture of Thoracolumbar Spinal Fracture
【摘要】 目的 :对自行设计的MSF固定胸腰椎骨折后的效果进行生物力学评价。方法 :利用 7具较新鲜的固定胸腰椎经脊柱标本 ,模拟临床骨折用实验应力分析方法对其固定后的生物力学性能进行测定 ,论证其医疗效果。结果 :MSF固定胸腰椎骨折的强度、刚度和脊柱稳定性方面均优于Steffee、Dick器械 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :MSF固定胸腰椎骨折后满足生物力学要求 ,又进一步提高了损伤脊柱的三柱稳定性能。该内固定器械具有良好的生物力学性能 ,设计合理 ,能达到操作方便、多种用途效果 ,有较好的应用价值
【Abstract】 Objective:Biomechanical evaluation for self-device MSF whih has fixed thoracolumbar fracture.Methods:Seven fresher spinal specimens were prepared.After the model of fracture was established,We conduct biomechanicaltest on specimens instrumented with MSF、Steffee、Dick.The load-strain load-displacement torque-zig the strength of spine stiffness and ultimate load were recorded through statistical analysis.Results:The strength stiffness and stability of MSF were significantly better than control group.Conclusion:MSF has been provided rigid fixation biomechanically in spinal fracture and increased three-column stabilization.MSF have some advantages,such as ease to operate and multifunction.It is promising for practical application.
