【摘要】 目的 :探讨椎弓根毗邻结构与椎弓根螺钉并发症的关系。方法 :在 5 0具成人脊柱标本上对椎弓根与神经根、硬脊膜及椎管内静脉丛的关系进行观察。结果 :椎弓根内侧与硬膜相贴、下侧与神经根相邻。椎弓根皮质厚度下 >上 >内 >外侧骨皮质。结论 :椎弓根外侧骨皮质最薄 ,可能是导致椎弓根皮质破裂的原因。穿破内或下侧骨皮质易损伤脊髓或神经根而出现相应症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the relationship between the adjacent structure of pedicle and the complication of pedicle screw.Methods:The relationship between nerve root,dura,intracanal vein plexus and pedicle were observed in 50 cadavers.Result:The dura is next up the medial cortex of pedicle,nerve root is inferior to the pedicle of cortex.Conclusion:The thinnest lateral cortex is one cause of pedicle screw penetration.The adjacent structure of pedicle is one cause of nerve root injury,dural tear and spinal cord injury更多还原
