【摘要】 目的 :探讨尺神经深支卡压的病因及诊治方法。方法 :显微镜下观测 3 0例成人手的尺神经深支。封闭及手术治疗 9例患者。结果 :尺神经深支分 4段。封闭 ( 4例 )和手术 ( 7例 )各治愈 1例、5例。结论 :腕尺管段尺神经深支最易受损 ,在其它部位也会被卡压。本病应尽早手术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the etiology, diagnosis and treatment of deep branch of ulnar nerve entrapment. Methods: The deep branch of ulnar nerve was studied on 30 adult hand specimens under microscope. 9 cases of deep branch of ulnar nerve entrapment were treated by operation and(or) block therapy. Results:The deep branch of ulnar nerve was divided into four segments. 1 out of 4 cases was cured by block therapy. 5 out of 7 cases were cured by operation. Conclusions: The deep branch of ulnar nerve was easily injured in the ulnar carpar canal segment and also easy to be compressed in other parts. It’s suggested that this disease should be operated as early as possible.更多还原
