【摘要】 目的 :采用髂骨皮瓣移植一期治疗胫骨骨不连伴贴骨瘢痕。方法 :应用吻合旋髂深动静脉髂骨皮瓣移植治疗胫骨骨不连并贴骨瘢痕 17例。结果 :全部髂骨皮瓣成活 ,骨折按期愈合 ,无手术并发症。结论 :带旋髂深动静脉游离髂骨皮瓣移植治疗胫骨骨不连并贴骨瘢痕 ,在植骨的同时也增加了局部的血液循环 ,加速骨折愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Using freeilium and flap complex to treat non united tibia and sticking scar. Method: 17 cases with non united tibia and sticking scar were dealt with transplanting free ilium and flap. Result: All the ilium and flap survived non united healed up, there were not operative complications. Conclusion: Using ilium and flap complex to treat non united tibia and sticking scar is a good method, which increase the local blood ciculations and bone union.更多还原
