【摘要】 目的 :对 3种固定方式治疗 82例pilon骨折的疗效进行评估 ,旨在提出最佳治疗方案。方法 :自 1986年 2月～ 1998年 12月间共治疗 82例患者 ,按固定方法可分为 3组 :即采用有限内固定加石膏外固定 2 3例 ;三叶形钢板内固定 2 4例 ;有限内固定结合“T”形超关节外固定架治疗 3 5例。结果 :经 6月～ 5年随访发现 3种固定方法在并发症及疗效上有明显差别 :以有限内固定结合外固定支架组疗效最佳 (优良率 68.6% ) ,而并发症最少 ( 2 5 .7% )。结论 :有限内固定结合外固定支架能较好地恢复踝关节功能 ,显著减少伤口并发症及骨不连、延迟愈合等 ,因此作者认为该手术方式可作为治疗pilon骨折的首选方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the outcome of three fixation methods for 82 cases Pilon fracture and put forward the best treatment method. Material and methods: From feb. 1986 to Dec. 1998, 82 patients (60 men and 22 women), divided into three groups according to the fixation methods: 23 patients were treated with limited internal fixation combined with plaster bandage external fixation; 24 patients were treated with internal fixation with three flanged steel plate; 35 patients were treated with limited internal fixation combined with external fixators. Results: After follow up, the outcome and the complication had great difference. The group, used limited internal fixation combined with external fixators, got the best outcome, with least complication. Conclusion: Limited internal fixation combined with external fixators could better resume ankle joint function; could remarkably reduce wound complication and nonunion sufficiently. So the authors consider that this method is the first method of treatment for Pilon fracture.更多还原
