【摘要】 目的：对比张力带固定与下极切除治疗髌骨下极骨折的疗效。方法：手术治疗髌骨下极新鲜骨折８９ 例，其中张力带固定４９ 例，下极切除４０ 例，术后平均随访１１ 个月（６ ～３４ 月） ，并根据陆氏标准［１］ 评价疗效。结果：张力带固定组４５ 例（９３ ％ ） 达到优良标准，下极切除组２８ 例（７０ ％ ） 达到优良标准，张力带固定组疗效显著优于下极切除组（ Ｘ２ 检验，Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。结论：对于髌骨下极骨折其远折块应尽可能保留，并采用张力带固定技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Compare the results for treatment of the inferior patellar fracture between tension-band fixation and excision of inferior polar.Methods:89 cases were operated in two types:tension-band fixation(49 cases) and excision of the inferior polar (40 cases).The results were evaluated according to Lu’index.Results:The results of 45cases of tension-band fixation(93percent)and 28cases of excision of inferior pllar (70 percent)were satisfying after followup for 11 months (range,6-34 months).Ther were significant differences between the two groups (x 2 test,p<0.05)。Conclusion:The inferior polar should be reserved in inferior polar fracture of the pathella.更多还原
