【摘要】 目的：观察加压滑动鹅头钉在股骨粗隆间骨折治疗中的应用及疗效。方法：对我院自１９９６ 年１ 月～１９９８年１２ 月用加压滑动鹅头钉治疗的２１ 例股骨粗隆间骨折的类型、手术方法、术后处理及疗效进行总结和随防。结果：２１例病例全部得到随防，骨折均愈合。无钢板螺钉断裂，无加压螺钉穿透股骨头，术后起床活动时间２ ～４ 周，患髋功能优良率８５ ．７ ％ 。结论：加压滑动鹅头钉在治疗股骨粗隆间骨折中具有固定牢靠、并发症少、能早期起床活动，是首选内固定材料之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effects of the application of the Richard’s screw-plate system in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures. Methods: Summerized 21 cases of intertrochanteric fractures treated by the Richard’s screw-plate system from Jan,1996 to Dec,1998 in our hospital.All cases were commented by fracture type,operation method,treatment after operation and curative effect. Results: All cases got followed up.All fractures healed. No screw or plate broken.No lag-screw penetrated the femoral head.Partially bearing weight 2～4 weeks after operation.The excellent rate of joint function was 85.7%. Conclusion: The Richard’s screw-plate system is one of the best internal fixation materials for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture due to its advantages of strong fixation,little complication and early exercise can be obtained.更多还原
