【摘要】 目的　为研究成功的经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术 (PTCA)术对冠心病患者QT间期离散度的影响。方法　对 35例冠脉造影证实冠脉管径狭窄≥ 70 %而成功进行PTCA的患者术前 ,术后第 1、第 2、第 3天进行 12导联心电图检查。结果　与PTCA术前相比 ,术后第 1、第 2、第 3天QT离散度均有明显降低 ,P <0 0 5 ,校正QT离散度也明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而术前、术后心率则无明显变化。结论　成功PTCA可降低冠心病患者的QT离散度 ,从而可能预防心血管事件的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of PTCA on QT dispersion (QTd) in patients with coronary artery disease Methods Twelve leads ECG was recorded in patients with coronary artery disease of ≥70% stenosis in diameter in coronary angiography and all patients underwent successful PTCA before PTCA, one day, two days and three days after PTCA Results QTd was significantly reduced at first, second and third day after PTCA compared with that before PTCA, respectively ( P <0 05) QTc dispersion (QTcd) was also reduced significantly ( P <0 05) The heart rate had no change after PTCA compared with that before PTCA ( P >0 05) Conclusion The successful PTCA can reduce the QTd in patients with coronary artery disease and may improve the patients’ prognosis更多还原
