【摘要】 观察了生地对黑腹果蝇寿命的影响 .实验组培养基药物浓度分别为 0 .35%、0 .70 %和 1 .4 0 % ,对照组培养基不加药物 .实验结果表明 ,与对照组相比 ,三种浓度的生地 (除 1 .4 0 %生地对雄果蝇外 )都能延长雌雄果蝇的平均寿命和最高寿命 ;在半数死亡期方面 ,0 .35%生地对雌雄果蝇都能延长 ,0 .70 %生地仅能延长雌性果蝇 ,而 1 .4 0 %生地对雌雄果蝇均无延长作用 .提示生地有延缓衰老的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 The article studies the influence of Radix Rehmanniae, which is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine,on the life span of Drosphila melangaters .In experimental groups, the medium used for fruit fly contains three different drug concentration, 0.35%, 0.70% and 1.40%, and no drug is added to the medium in contrast groups. The experimental result indicates,in comparison with the contrast groups, that Radix Rehmanniae with different density can prolong the average life and the highest life of male and female fruit flies. On 50 percent individuals lethal date, the influence on life time is as follows: 0.35% can prolong the life of both male and female,0.70% can only be effective on female,while 1.40% can do neither. Hence, the test results illustrate that the drug functions as delaying senescence.更多还原
