水稻花药培养及其在育种中的应用

【摘要】 :概述了我国水稻花药培养的基础研究及其在育种中的应用进展。传统育种技术与水稻花培技术相结合已育成并推广常规稻品种 1 0多个 ,并为杂交稻育种提供大量恢、保新材料 ,花培获得的恢复系蜀恢 1 6 2所配杂交稻组合II优 1 6 2等已在生产上大面积推广应用。花培与水稻转基因等生物技术的结合预示着水稻花药培养在未来的水稻育种中将扮演更加重要的角色

【Abstract】 Great achievements have been made in the exploitation of rice anther culture (RAC) in both inbred and hybrid rice breeding. Up to now, more than ten inbred rice varieties and a lot of restorers as well as maintainers for breeding hybrid rice have been developed by combining RAC technology with traditional breeding methods. The restorer line Shuhui 162 has been developed through RAC and its combinations Ⅱ You 162 and D You 162 have been registered and released in Sichuan Province and widely used in commercial production. RAC has also been exploited in purifying the target genes in the segregation of transgenic rice progenies. It is expected that RAC may play a more important role in rice breeding in the future.
