用红球菌生产类胡萝卜素的研究

【摘要】 从土壤中分离到一株黄色色素产生菌 ,经鉴定该菌为红球菌属 (Rhodococcus)的一个种 ,所产色素为类胡萝卜素 .研究了 p H、接种量、发酵周期、不同培养基、C源、N源种类等因素对该菌类胡萝卜素生成量的影响 .结果表明 ,采用大米水解糖培养基、p H6 .3、接种量为 8%时色素产率最高 .在最适条件下细胞生物量可达 13.6 g/ L,色素量为 1.5g/ L.

【Abstract】 A producing strain with yellow pigment was isolated from soil and was identified as Rhodococcus sp The pigment is considered to be carotenoid In present work, the influence of pH value, inoculum size, fermenting cycle, different mediums and different kinds of C and N sources on the pigment forming was studied It was found that the pigment yield would be the highest when the strains were cultured in potato sucrose medium or hydrolytic sugar medium of pH 6 3,and its inoculum size was 8% The biomass can reach up to 13 6 g/L and the carotenoid yield to 1 5 g/L under the best fermentation conditions
