【Abstract】 s: In this study,several inorganic elements can be effectively extracted simultaneously from edible fungus with dilute hydrochloric acid.Compared with traditional method,which is to burn edible fungus in high temperature,the pretreatment method of acid extraction is quicker, simpler, less cost and produces less environmental pollution.The result shows that no significant difference between the values determined by the two methods.更多还原
