【摘要】 26℃ ,2 8℃ ,30℃水温下复方甲苯咪唑对欧洲鳗的毒性试验表明 ,随水温升高、药浴时间延长、药物浓度提高 ,甲苯咪唑对欧洲鳗的毒性加强 ;复方甲苯咪唑、甲苯咪唑、左旋咪唑对拟指环虫的杀灭率表明 ,甲苯咪唑对拟指环虫具强杀灭能力 ,左旋咪唑对拟指环虫无杀灭能力 ,可用甲苯咪唑替代复方甲苯咪唑更多还原

【Abstract】 The toxicity of Co mebendazole to the European eel was tested at 26℃,28℃ and 30℃.The results showed that the toxicity of Co mebendazole to European eel increased with the rise in water temperature,incrsease in Co mebendazole concentration and the bath time.Pseudodactylogy elimination test by Co mebendazole,mebendazole,levamisolum showed that mebendazole is effective to pseudodactylogyrus,but levamisolum not.In practice,Co mebendazole could be used instead of mebendazole.更多还原
