影响温州白皮丝瓜病毒病的发病因子初探

【摘要】 丝瓜病毒病是温州地区近年来危害最重的丝瓜病害 ,作者对影响该病发生的一些因子的研究结果显示 :网纱覆盖各处理发病率为零 ,而无网纱覆盖各处理普遍发病 ,认为土壤及土壤中的生物在该病的传播中不起媒介作用 ,该病主要由虫媒传毒。无网纱覆盖的不同湿度处理间发病有差异 ,可能是淹水和不淹水处理与厌氧和好氧微生物的消长及某些营养元素的转化和累积有关

【Abstract】 Luffa cylindrica virus disease (CMV) is one of the most serious towel gourd disease in Wenzhou,China.It is estimated that loss of towel gourd production due to the virus disease in Wenzhou is over 20% in general field and over 60% in serious field.Effects of net cover and soil wetness on towel gourd virus disease were studied.The result showed that:net cover could separate the disease cycle,and transmission of the virus disease could be insects.The virus disease could be slowed down by furrow irrigation,when irrigated in furrow the towel gourd were moderate susceptible to the virus with 20%-40% of infection frequency,and when not irrigated in furrow the towel gourd were highly suscepitible to the virus with 65%-80% of infection frequency.
