【Abstract】 《Mood Words of Modern Chinese》 by SUN Xi-xin is a monograph concerning the mood words of the Chinese Language. The book is abundant in content, dealing with a wide range of the field with reliable materials and a lot of new ideas. The most commendable part of the research in the book is the combination of sound and meaning.
