冀北高原草资源退化的成因分析
Analysis on the Degenevative Causes about Resources of Grassland in North Plateau in Hebei Province
【摘要】 冀北高原草资源退化的成因主要可归纳为四个方面:自然因素,经营观念和经营方式的原因,政策原因,产权制度原因。
【Abstract】 Four primary factors lead to the degenevation of resources of grassland in northplateau in Hebei province are: natural resources, sense and style of managerment, policyand property right system.
