【摘要】 目的 探索创伤性尿道狭窄的治疗。方法 应用二次会师术治疗创伤性尿道狭窄24例。结果 23例随访6～48个月,20例术后排尿通畅,无尿失禁及手术性阳萎发生,未再行过尿道扩张;3例术后尿道扩张2-4次后排尿通畅。结论 该术式组织损伤小,可避免手术性阳萎发生,便于开展,是治疗创伤性尿道狭窄的一种安全有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the way to treat the Post-traumatic stricture of urethra, methods: 24 patients with Post - traumatic urethral stricture were treated by second urethral reunion operation. Result: 23 patients were followed 6-48 months, 18 patients voided urine fluently without incontinence and impotence and urethral sounding 5 patients voided urine fluently after urethral sounding 2-4 times. Conclusion: this methods is a safe and effective to treat post-traumatic and It is easier to he employed with less tissuar injury and it may avoid post-operation impotence occurrence.更多还原
