门冬氨酸钾镁对家兔心室肌电生理的影响
Effects of Potassium Magnesium Aspartate on Ventricular Electrophysiology in Rabbit
【摘要】 目的 探讨门冬氨酸钾镁(KMA)的抗心律失常机制,以期为临床用药提供理论依据。方法 采用心外膜单相动作电位(MAP)探针于家兔左心室记录MAP,静脉注射KMA2.0ml/Kg,观察KMA对心脏电生理的影响。结果 KMA使心动周期(SCL)、单相动作电位复极时程MAPD50明显延长,并增加心室有效不应期(VERP),而对MAPD90、VERP/MAFD90无明显影响。结论KMA具有抗心律失常药物的某些电生理特性,推荐剂量的KMA静脉注射是安全的,其可以作为传统抗心律失常药物的辅助制剂。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the antiarrhythmic mechanisms of potassium magnesium aspartate (KMA). Methods Epicardium contact monophasic action portential(MAP) probe was used to record MAP on rabbit s left ventricle after thoracotomy. The 10 rabbits was Administrated KMA 2.0ml/Kg by intravenous injection To study the effects of KMA on heart eletropbysiology. Results KMA prolonged sinus cycle length (SCL), 50% of MAP duration (MAPD50) , increasing ventricular effect refractory period (VERP). There were no effects on MAPD90 and VERP. Conclusion KMA had elecrrophysiological characters of antiarrhythmic agents and the administration of KMA in recommended dose was safety.
