【摘要】 目的　探讨血浆神经肽Y(NPY)含量变化在原发高血压合并心功能不全中的临床意义。方法　采用放射免疫分析法。结果　原发性高血压并发心功能不全患者血浆NPY含量较原发性高血压无心功能不全组显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ;且随着心功能不全程度的加重 ,血浆NPY水平明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,两者呈正相关 (r =0 485 ,P <0 0 5 )。结论　血浆NPY含量变化在高血压并发心功能不全中可能起着一定的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical significance of neuropeptide Y(NPY)in patients with heart insufficiency(HI)due to primary hypertension(PH).Methods The plasma NPY levels were measured by RIA.Results The plasma NPY levels were much higher in patients with PH and HI due to hypertention than that in normal subjects( P <0 01) and the levels in cases with HI were much higher than those in cases without HI,and the levels were higher in more severe HI,and there was positive correlation between them.Conclusions The changes of plasma NPY may play an important role in the development of hypertension.
