【摘要】 目的　探讨压宁定（ＵＲＡ）对充血性心力衰竭（ＣＨＦ）患者血浆神经肽Ｙ（ＮＰＹ）含量的影响。方法１２例慢性ＣＨＦ患者静脉注射ＵＲＡ ２５ ｍｇ，用放射免疫分析方法测定治疗前后血浆 ＮＰＹ水平。结果ＣＨＦ组血浆 ＮＰＹ明显高于正常对照组（３５２．２７±２４．１８ ｖｓ ９１．４５±４１．５ｎｇ／Ｌ，Ｐ＜０．００１）；经ＵＲＡ治疗后１０分钟，ＣＨＦ组ＮＰＹ水平明显下降（１９８．３７±２６．４８ｎｇ／Ｌ，Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论ＮＰＹ在ＣＨＦ发病学中具有重要的病理生理学意义。ＵＲＡ能显著地降低血浆ＮＰＹ水平，对改善ＣＨＦ血液动力学具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Urapidil on the plasma content of neuropeptide Y(NPY) in die patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) .Methods Twelve patients with CHF were given Uns 25 ma intravehously, plasma level of NPY was measured by radiommunoassa before and after ten minutse of treatment with URA. Results Before treatment CHF group had higher level of NPY(352. 27±24. 18 vs 91. 45±41. 5 ng/L, P < 0. 001)as compard with this in normal control groups. After treatment, plasma level of NPY decreed significantly (198. 37± 26.48 ng/L, P < 0.001). Conclusions These re- sults suggest that NPY could be an important factor in pathophysiology of CHF.URA can markly antagonistic effect on the level of NPY and improve the hemody- namic of CHF.更多还原
