【摘要】 目的　测定新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（ＨＩＥ）患儿血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）及血清皮质醇（Ｃｏｒ） 水平，探讨其含量变化及临床意义。方法　采用放射免疫分析技术（ＲＩＡ），分别测定３７ 例ＨＩＥ患儿急性期恢复期血浆ＥＴ、Ｃｏｒ 的含量，并用１８ 例健康足月儿作对照。结果　急性期血浆ＥＴ、血清Ｃｏｒ 水平，与对照组比较，中重度组明显升高（Ｐ均＜０－０１）；恢复期重度组ＥＴ与中度组Ｃｏｒ 与对照组比较，仍有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０－０１、Ｐ＜０－０５） 。结论　在新生儿ＨＩＥ中，血ＥＴ、Ｃｏｒ 水平与脑损伤程度有关，持续下降者，提示病情严重，预后不良。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To identify the changes and role of plasma level of endothelins(ET)and cortisone (Cor)in newborn infants with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods The plasma ET and Cor in 37 newborn infants who suffered from hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were measured by RIA,respectively in acute and recovery phase,and were compared with 18 healthy full-term neonate as control.Results The level of ET and Cor was markedly elevated in the mediate and severe group of patient in acute phase which was compared with control ( P <0 01),so did in recovery phase (respectively P <0 01, P <0 05).Conclusion The level of ET and Cor was related with severity of brain damage in hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.It was indicated a poor prognosis that the elevated concentration had kept for a long time in newborn infant with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.
