利福平废水的治理
Treatment of rifampin wastewater
【摘要】 利福平生产的废水COD高达 6× 1 0 4 mg/L ,用PFS、C PAM脱稳 ,密集网捕式絮凝处理后 ,COD去除率达 2 7% ,BOD5/CODCr从 0 .1 9上升到 0 .3 2。絮凝前后水质和色谱分析表明 ,絮凝后 5种有机物去除率均在 2 2 %以上 ,使生化处理成为可能 ,进生化池废水经稀释后 ,用活性污泥法处理 9天后 ,COD从 1 .5× 1 0 4 mg/L降至 3 0 0mg/L以下 ,达到治理要求
【Abstract】 The COD of rifampin in wastewater is 6×10\+4mg/L or higher. After treated with PFS and C\|PAM flocculants, the COD is reduced by 27%. BOD\-5/COD\-\{Cr\} increases from 0.19 to 0.32. According to the chromatographic analysis and the water quality comparison before and after treatment, five organic substances are removed by 22% each. That makes the possibility of biochemical treatment. After diluted in biochemical pool and nine days activated sludge process, the COD has been reduced from \{1.5×10\+4mg/L\} to less than 300mg/L. This result meets the purpose of the project.
