【摘要】 目的 探讨身处农村的县级城市医院做好支援农村基层医疗卫生工作的有效途径。方法 通过开展顺应农村医疗需求变化的医疗中心建设,从“中心”建设中获得“中心”地位;以建设“中心”带动建设基层,以基层发展促进“中心”发展。结果 县级城市医院必须放下“架子”,眼睛盯住农村,树立起没有农村病人就没有县级城市医院的现实观念。结论 县级城市医院必须有切实可行的保证措施,才能使支援农村基层医疗机构工作落到实处。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effective way of hygienic supporting countryside medical organizations from county level city hospitals is centers bringing along grass-roots units. Methods By constructing the medical center which complies with the change of countryside medical requirement, the position "center" can be got during the construction of the "centers". Constructing the "centers" brings along the construction of the grass-roots units and the development of the grass-roots brings along the development of the "centers". Results The hospitals of county level city must put down the "haughty manner" ,pay much attention to the countryside and build the realistic modes that there are no hospitals of county level city without patients of countryside. Conclusion The hospitals of county level city must have feasible and practical guarantee measure so that the works of hygienic supporting the grass-roots medical organizations will become better.更多还原
