青南高原人群包虫病的调查研究

【摘要】 1997~ 1998年 ,在青南高原进行了人群包虫病流行病学调查研究。结果表明 ,人群血清 Dot- EL ISA阳性率为 14.0 5 % (5 2 0 / 370 2 ) ,其中男性为 11.5 5 % (2 2 6 / 195 7) ,女性为 16 .85 % (2 94/ 1745 ) ;人群 B超和 X线检查感染率为 7.6 4% (2 83/ 370 2 ) ,其中男性 5 .6 2 % (110 / 195 7) ,女性为 9.91% (173/ 1745 )。女性的血清阳性率和感染率均高于男性 (P<0 .0 1)。不同年龄组人群的检查结果表明 ,其血清阳性率和感染率均存在显著差异 ,血清阳性率和感染率随年龄增长而升高 (P<0 .0 1)。不同职业人群的检查结果表明 ,其血清阳性率和感染率相互之间存在显著差异(P<0 .0 1) ,以牧民、家务劳动者和喇嘛为最高 ,学生及其他职业人群最低。血清阳性者中其影像学阳性者占 5 0 .38% ,而影像学阳性者中其血清学呈阳性者占 92 .5 8% ,提示以 PVC板为载体的 Dot- EL ISA技术既是评价人体包虫病感染水平的良好方法 ,也是一种敏感的包虫病诊断方法

【Abstract】 An epidemiological survey was carried out by Dot ELISA, B ultrasound and X ray in southern Qinghai Plateau from 1997 to 1998. The results showed that the positive rates of sera examined by Dot ELISA were 14.05%(520/3702), 11.55%(226/1957) and 16.85%(294/1745) in total crowd, in the male and in the female respectively. The positive rates of hydatidosis detected by B ultrasound and X ray were 7.64%(283/3702),5.62%(110/1957) and 9.91%(173/1745) in the total crowd, in the male and in the female respectively. The positive rates by Dot ELISA and by B ultrasound and X ray were higher in the female than in the male( P <0.01), and rose obviously with the increase of age( P <0.01). They were obviously higher in herdsman, house worker, lamas than in cadres, students and others( P <0.01). The positive cases by Dot ELISA were confirmed by B ultrasound and X ray by 50.38%, where as 92.58% positive cases found by B ultrasound and X ray were confirmed by Dot ELISA. This indicated that PVC Dot ELISA was not only a good method for evaluating the infective level of the parasite in human crowd, but also a sensitive method for diagnosing hydatidosis.
