【摘要】 目的　介绍一种修复阴道直肠瘘的新方法。方法　在解剖学研究的基础上 ,设计并应用以闭孔动、静脉前皮支为蒂的阴股沟岛状皮瓣修复阴道直肠瘘。结果　本组 4例 ,皮瓣全部成活 ,手术成功。结论　该岛状皮瓣具有血运可靠、薄而无毛、供区隐蔽等优点 ,是一种较好的阴道直肠瘘修复术式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective\ This is to introduce a new method for repair of rectovaginal fistual.Methods On the basis of an anatomical study a new type of the pudendal\|thigh flap pedicled on the obturator artery has been designed to repair rectovaginal fistual.Results\ 4 patients were treated with this method.All flaps survived and the fistula between vagina and rectum was closed primarily.Conclusions\ The advantages of the pudendal\|thigh flap pedicled on the obturator artery include:①Good blood supply;②Relative thin and hairless;③Perfect hiding of the donor site.We think that it is one of the best methods of rectovaginal fistula repair.\;更多还原
