梭梭和水稻种子萌发初期对渗透胁迫和外源ABA反应敏感性研究

【摘要】 旱生植物梭梭和水生植物水稻的种子在萌发初期对水分、渗透胁迫和外源 ABA的反应敏感性显著不同。前者有很强的吸水能力 ,其细胞膜透性对渗透胁迫不敏感 ,在脱水过程中持水能力也较大 ,外源 ABA对其抗渗透胁迫和抗脱水能力表现出有利的作用 ;而后者吸水能力弱 ,其细胞膜透性对渗透胁迫和外源 ABA敏感 ,外源 ABA还导致水稻种子萌发幼苗的死亡。结果表明这两类不同生态型植物在种子萌发初期对渗透胁迫的反应和适应能力具有明显差异

【Abstract】 Experimenting with two varieties of xerophyte H.ammodendron (Mey.) Bge and hydrophyte O.sativa L., the results showed that their sensitivity to responding to osmotic stress and exogenous abscisic acid(ABA) has distinct differences with each other at the initial stage of seed germination:Contrary to O. sativa L., xerophyte H. ammodendron(Mey.) Bge has strong ability of absorbing water in cultivating and retaining water during dehydration, its permeability of cell membrane is insensitive to osmotic stress, Exogenous ABA might be favorable to its ability resistant to osmotic or dehydration, while ABA of 1.89×10 -4 mol/L is fatal to the seedlings of O.sativa L.
