【摘要】 利用全国统一的 7个稻瘟病菌鉴别品种把 1997～ 1998两年采自全省 33个县 (市 )的 180个有效单孢分离菌划分为49个生理小种。与 1987～ 1989年的测定结果比较 ,出现了 2 6个新的生理小种 ,分别是 ZA1 、ZA2 、ZA3、ZA7、ZA9、ZA1 7、ZA2 5 、ZA32 、ZA33 、ZA34、ZA38、ZA49、ZA5 4 、ZA5 7、ZB3、ZB5 、ZB9、ZB1 0 、ZB1 6 、ZB2 8、ZC8、ZC1 4 、ZD5 、ZD6 、ZD8、ZF2 ,且多为强致病力的 ZA群小种。过去的优势小种 ZG1 已被 ZA1 所取代。籼型种群小种出现频率由 1987年的 38.91%上升为 80 %。其中ZA群小种已成为我省稻瘟病菌的优势种群 ,且在省内各地均有出现。以上结果表明 ,强致病力籼型小种的大量增加和广泛分布是导致贵州省许多水稻杂交组合感病化的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pathogenic races of Pyricularia oryzae were tested with Chinese differential varieties in 1998-1999. 180 monosporus isolates from 26 counties in 1997-1998 were divided into 49 races of 7 populations. Compared with the result in the period from 1987 to 1988, there are 16 new races found, which are ZA 1 、ZA 2、ZA 3、ZA 7、ZA 9、ZA 17、ZA 25、ZA 32、ZA 33、ZA 34、ZA 38、ZA 49、ZA 54、ZA 57,ZB 3、ZB 5,ZB 9、ZB 10、ZB 16、ZB 28,ZC 8、ZC 14,ZD 5,ZD 6、ZD 8、ZF 2 and concentrate on the ZA population of violent pathogenicity. The dominant race has changed from ZG1 to ZA1. Indica race frequency has increased to 80% from 38.91% in the period of 1987-1988. The result indicates that the increase of Indica races of strong virulence and wide distribution in Guizhou are main reasons which lead many hybrid-rices to the susceptibility to pathogen of rice blast.更多还原
