【摘要】 目的　探讨不同精神疾病就诊途径及其影响因素。方法　采用自制《精神疾病就诊途径调查表》调查首诊于精神科的病人 3 98例。结果　 5 0 %的躁狂症、66%的精神分裂症、近 90 %的抑郁症和神经症首诊于非精神科。 80 %不首诊于精神科的理由 ,视病情为正常现象、性格、思想和情绪问题。 1/3的病人患病 1年后才来专科就诊。其中多数病人在非精神科机构接受了多种检查和治疗。近 10 %的抑郁症、神经症和精神分裂症首诊精神科前已花费万元以上。结论　目前精神疾病就诊途径仍是问题 ,建议加强精神卫生知识在公众和综合性医院的普及工作。更多还原
