【摘要】 实施乡 (镇 )村卫生组织一体化管理 ,对于改革农村卫生管理体制、组织关系和服务结构、优化资源配置、提高综合效益将起着重大的促进作用。调查了福建省龙岩市实施乡村卫生组织一体化管理的现状和基本做法与管理模式 ,对开展乡村一体化管理成效进行了分析 :1.乡村医疗机构得到合理布局 ;2 .完善了乡 (镇 )卫生院的整体功能 ,增强了基层卫生组织的活力 ;3.加强了村级卫生组织的建设与管理 ;4.稳定和提高了乡村医生队伍 ;5 .整顿医药市场秩序 ,使医药质量得到有效保证 ;6 .有利于预防保健工作的落实。最后对存在问题提出了相应对策更多还原

【Abstract】 The implementation of the integrative management of township and village health organizations will greatly contribute to the reform of the management system, organizational relations and service structures of rural health organizations, the optimization of resources allocation and the improvement of comprehensive benefits. The authors investigated the current situation, basic steps and management model of implementing the integrative management of township and village health organizations in Longyan City, Fujian Province and analyzed the effects. The practice has helped to rationalize the distribution of rural medical institutions, improve the overall function of township health clinics, enhance the vigor of grassroots health organizations, strengthen the construction and management of villagelevel health organizations, stabilize and improve the contingent of rural doctors, reform the medical market and guarantee medical quality, and contribute to the conduction of prevention and healthcare. Appropriate countermeasures against existing problems are put forward at the end of the paper.更多还原
