【摘要】 目的　了解接触苯工人血浆热应激蛋白 70滴度及其与工人健康之间的关系。方法选择接触苯浓度≥ 4 0mg m3 工人 4 2名为高暴露组 ,接触苯浓度 <4 0mg m3 工人 5 0名为低暴露组 ,另选择不接触苯等职业有害因素工人 4 2名为对照组。采用新建立的酶联免疫吸附法测定其血浆热应激蛋白 70抗体滴度 ,并分析其他指标之间的关系。结果　高暴露组血浆热应激蛋白 70抗体 1∶2 0阳性率 ( 2 6 2 % )明显高于对照组 ( 9 5 % ) ,并且高暴露组中血浆抗体阳性者不良自觉症状发生率、阳性体征检出率、脂质过氧化水平均明显高于抗体阴性者。结论　血浆热应激蛋白 70抗体滴度与接触苯工人健康状况密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Toexplorethetiterofplasmaantibodyagainstheatstressprotein 70 (HSP70 )in workersexposedtobenzeneanditspossiblerelationshiptotheirhealth .Methods Forty twoworkersexposedto morethan 4 0mg m3 ofbenzenewereselectedasahighexposuregroup ,5 0ofworkersexposedtolessthan 4 0 mg m3 asalowexposuregroup ,and 4 2unexposedasacontrolgroup .TheirplasmaantibodyagainstHSP70was determinedwithenzyme linkedimmunosorbentassay (ELISA) .Analysiswasconductedtostudytherelationship betweenitandotherfactors.Results ProportionofplasmapositiveantibodytoHSP70withatiterof 1∶2 0was significantlyhigherinhighexposuregroup ( 2 6.2 % )thanthatincontrols ( 9.5 % ) .Moreover,prevalenceof adversesymptomsandpositivesigns ,andleveloflipidperoxidewereallsignificantlyhigherinhighexposuregroup withpositiveantibodytoHSP70thanthosewithnegativeantibody .Conclusion Itwasconcludedthatthetiterof plasmaantibodytoHSP70hadcloserelationwiththehealthofworkersexposedtobenzene .更多还原
