【摘要】 目的　了解中国汉族人群 17号染色体上 4个 STR位点 ,即 D17S12 90、D17S12 93、D17S130 3、D17S130 8的遗传多态性分布 ,获得相应多态位点的群体遗传学数据。方法　应用 PCR扩增片段长度多态性分析方法对 5 0名无血缘关系的汉族个体进行调查。结果　D17S12 90、D17S12 93、D17S130 3、D17S130 8各位点分别检出 9个、7个、5个、5个等位片段 ,多态性分布均符合 Hardy- Weinberg平衡定律。杂合度无偏估测值 (H) ,分别为 0 .770、0 .82 8、0 .6 0 8和 0 .6 6 9,多态信息量分别为 0 .76 3、0 .82 0、0 .6 0 2和0 .6 6 2。结论　上述 4个位点均具有较高的杂合度和多态信息量 ,是较理想的遗传标记。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze genetic polymorphism of D17S1290,D17S1293, D17S1303 and D17S1308 in Chinese Han. Methods Fifty unrelated individuals were analyzed by PCR amplification fragment length polymorphism analysis method.Results 9,7,5,5 alleles were observed at these 4 STR loci respectively, the genotypes distributions in Chinese Han were in accordance with Hardy Weinberg equilibrium, the expected heterozygosities for these loci were 0.770, 0.828, 0.608, 0.669 respectively, the polymorphism information contents(PIC) were 0.763, 0.820, 0.602, 0.662 respectively.Conclusion The results demonstrate these 4 STR loci can be used for genetic analysis.更多还原
