【摘要】 目的　旨在回顾分析我国大样本临床试验 ,总结经验 ,为临床治疗和科研提供参考。方法　对我国先后完成的至少 13项高血压、脑卒中、心肌梗死诸方面的大样本临床试验回顾分析。结果　 80年代中期以来 ,已完成的大样本随机试验主要是 :中国老年收缩期高血压试验 (Syst China)、上海硝苯地平老年高血压研究 (STONE)、成都市硝苯地平高血压干预试验 (CNIT)、脑卒中后抗高血压治疗研究 (PATS)、中国心脏研究 I(CCS 1)、急性心肌梗死 (AMI)二级预防 (AAET)、卡托普利治疗对AMI二级预防作用 (CASP)、AMI溶栓治疗对比研究 (AUKS)、中国阿司匹林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中试验 (CAST)、重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂与尿激酶治疗AMI研究 (TUCC)等 ,他们比较公正地评估了利尿剂、钙拮抗剂、转换酶抑制剂、溶栓剂、抗血小板剂、β 阻滞剂的临床疗效。 结论　大样本临床试验为常见心血管病的临床治疗提供了证据 ,也促进了我国循证医学的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Aim to review the large scale clinical trials so as to provide reference for future clinical treatment. Methods Fourteen large scale clinical trials on hypertension, stroke and myocardial infarction in China were reviewed. Results Since 1986, Syst China, STONE, CNIT, PATS, CCS 1, AAET, CASP, AUKS, CAST, TUCC, etc. have been completed in China. The therapeutic effects of diuretics, calcium antagonists, ACE inhibitors, thrombolytics, antiplatelet agents, and β blockers were assessed fairly. Conclusion Large scale clinical trials provide evidence to the treatment of common cardiovascular diseases and also promote the development of evidence based medicine.更多还原
