【摘要】 目的　观察维吾尔族老人心电图异常编码的分布及其相关特点。方法　采用WHO推荐的明尼苏达心电图编码分类法 ,对新疆和田地区非选择性的连续检查了 775例维吾尔族老年人的静息状态心电图并行编码分析。结果　Q/QS型检出率为 4 8% ,电轴左偏在 - 30°以左者为 9 9% ,左室肥厚检出率为 18 1% ,ST T改变为 14 5 % ,束支传导阻滞为 10 7% ,心律失常检出率为 11 1% ,心电图符合冠心病和可疑冠心病的占 15 9% ,心电图总异常率为 5 2 9% ,检出率随增龄而增多 (P <0 0 5 ) ;高血压患者检出率为 2 8 6 % ,高血压与左室高电压及ST T改变关系密切。结论　除RBBB及ST T改变外 ,其余异常心电图的检出率和冠心病患病率等均明显低于国内外报道更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the abnormal MC distribution and interrelated characteristic on ECG of the elder Uygur. Methods The resting ECGs of 775 elder Uygur in He Tian, Xinjiang were examined randomly and consecutivly, and Minnesota code recommended by WHO as ECG classification was analyzed. Results The incidence of Q/QS patterns was 4 8%, excess -30° left axis deviation 9 9%, left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) 18 1%, ST T abnormalities 14 5%; bandle branch block 10 7%; arrythmias 11 1%. The incidence of coronary heart disease (CHD) and suspactable CHD according to ECG were 15 9%. The total finding of abnormal ECG 52 9, which increased with advancing age ( P< 0 05); the prevalence of hypertension was 28 6%, which was highly related to high voltage on left ventricle and ST T changes. Conclusion Except RBBB and ST T changes, the incidences of abnormal ECG and CHD were lower than those reported domestically and abroad.更多还原
