【摘要】 目的　比较带血运与不带血运骨 -软骨复合移植的成活质量。　方法　 14只犬分成 2组 ,每组 7只 ,分别做带血运及不带血运第二跖骨头移植 ,修复股骨头局限性骨 -软骨缺损 ,术后 12周行光镜、电镜及同位素99m TC- MDP检测。　结果　带血运移植的第二跖骨头于术后 12周仍然保持了基本正常的软骨组织结构形态 ,而不带血运移植组出现了明显的软骨变性及破坏。　结论　带血运骨 -软骨复合移植修复受区局限性软骨缺损可获得良好效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Compared the live quality of transplanted osteo chondro tissues of two groups, in one group the tissues had blood supply, in a other group had no blood supply Method Fourteen canines were divided into two groups (n=7), all of them had transplantation of head of the second metatarsus to repair local osteo chondro defects of the femoral head In one group, the transplanted tissues had blood supply, in a other group, the transplanted tissues had no blood supply Twelve weeks after operation, the tissues were detected by optical microscope, electron microscope and isotope 99m TC MDP Result Twelve weeks after operation, the transplanted heads of metatarsus which had blood supply kept basic normal tissue structures, while those had no blood supply had obviously degenerative and necrosis of cartilage Conclusion Repair of local osteo chondro defect with blood supplied compound osteo chondro tissues might get good result更多还原
