不同温度下含血停搏液对未成熟心肌保护作用的实验研究

【摘要】 目的 研究在不同温度下含血停搏液对未成熟心肌的保护作用 ,试图确定对未成熟心肌保护的最适宜温度范围。方法 选用 14~ 2 1d长耳大白兔 5 0只 ,使用离体心脏灌注模型 ,比较含血停搏液在 14℃、17℃、2 0℃、2 4℃和 2 8℃时对未成熟兔心肌的保护效果。结果 各组温度对左室收缩压恢复率影响不大 ,但冠脉流量恢复率、心肌含水量、心肌ATP与Ca2 + 含量、以 17℃~ 2 0℃范围最优 ,左室舒张末压恢复率以 17℃最佳 ,而心肌内MDA含量以 2 0℃最少。结论 初步提示含血停搏液 (高钾 ,低钙 )对未成熟心肌保护的最适宜温度范围为 17℃~ 2 0℃。

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the protective effect of temperature during blood cardioplegia on immatrue myocardium. Methods Isolated 14-21 days old rabbits working heart were used in this study. Blood cardioplegia was used to induce cardiac arrest and repeated every 30 minutes. The medals were divided into 5 groups, the myocardial temperature was maintained at 14℃,17℃,20℃,24℃,and 28℃,respectively. Result There was no significant difference for the recovery rate of LVSP in all groups. The coronary flow rate, content of myocardial water, intrac
