【摘要】 目的　探讨小儿先天性髋脱位闭合复位后不同固定方式的治疗经验。方法　对 1982～ 1990年采用闭合复位治疗的 393例患儿 (5 89个髋 )做平均 12年的随访。结果　 5 89个髋 ,185个发生股骨头坏死 ,占 31.4% ,其中蛙式位支架固定 98个髋 ,45个发生 ,占 45 .9% ;人体位支架固定 46 8个髋 ,136个发生 ,占 2 9.1% ;人体位石膏裤固定 2 3个髋 ,4个发生 ,占 17.4%。结论　人体位固定能有效地减少股骨头坏死的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects on different posture fixation after closed reduction in congenital dislocation of hip (CDH). Methods From 1982 to 1990, 393 children with CDH (589 hips) received closed reduction in which 98 hips were fixed on frog position brace, 468 hips treated with human position brace; and 23 with human position spica. Results The follow up outcomes with an average of 12 years showed that 185 hips ( 31.4% ) complicated with avascular necrosis (AVN) of the femoral head. Of which, 45 hips ( 45.9% ) were fixed on frog brace; 136 hips ( 29.1% ) on human posture brace and 4 hips ( 17.4% ) on human posture plaster spica. Conclusion Human posture fixation after closed reduction of CDH can effectively decrease the incidence of AVN of the femoral head.更多还原
