【摘要】 目的　探讨小儿肝前型门静脉高压症的治疗方法。方法　本组９ 例均采用在Ａｋｉｔａ 手术基础上改良的脾肺固定术治疗小儿肝前型门静脉高压症，其中男８ 例，女１ 例，年龄３ ～１３ 岁。结果　术后随访５ 个月～２ 年，８ 例患儿症状显著改善，未再发生呕血和黑便，１ 例患儿术后有２ 次出血，经保守治疗后痊愈。结论　改良脾肺固定术是治疗小儿肝前型门静脉高压症的较好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of modified splenopneumopexy as a treatment of prehepatic portal hypertension in children.Methods Nine children, 8 boys and 1 girl, (age range: 3 - 13 years) underwent modified splenopneumopexy for prehepatic portal hypertension.Results The children were followed up for 5 months to 2 years. Eight patients had obvious improvement. One patient had two episodes of bleeding and was successfully managed with conservative treatment.Conclusion Modified splenopneumopexy is a feasible treatment for prehepatic portal hypertension in children.更多还原
