PA-MSHA菌毛株疫苗对三种癌症患者免疫疗效的临床观察

【摘要】 目的 证实绿脓杆菌 甘露糖敏感血凝 (PA MSHA)菌毛株疫苗是一种能有效提高和调节多种疾病患者的免疫功能 ,改善免疫调节机制 ,增强免疫力的新型细菌性免疫调节剂 (或称PA MSHA免疫调节剂 )。方法 用该疫苗对 30 1例癌症 (急性白血病、恶性淋巴瘤及肺癌 )患者的治疗过程中的 12项免疫指标变化的临床疗效加以比较。结果 免疫综合疗效的总有效率 ,急性白血病为87 1% ;恶性淋巴瘤为 77 78% ;肺癌为 84 0 9%。治疗后 ,3组中的实验组与对照组的各项免疫指标相比较P值均小于 0 0 5。结论 PA MSHA菌毛株疫苗能全面提高及调整癌症患者的体液免疫和细胞免疫功能 ,增强抑制和杀伤癌细胞的效应 ,是癌症患者理想的辅助治疗药物。

【Abstract】 Objective This study is to confirm that Pseudomonas aeruginosa -mannose sensitive haemagglutination (PA-MSHA) strain vaccine is a new type of immunoregulator. It can effectively improve and modulate the immune functions of patients of different kinds of diseases. Methods In this study, 12 immunological parameters were investigated in 301 patients of acute leukemia, malignant lymphoma and lung cancers who received the vaccine. Results The results showed that the total effective rates are 87.1% in acute leukemia, 77.78% in malignant lymphoma and 84.09% in lung cancer, respectively. Moreover there is obvious difference between experimental group and control group in each criterion ( P <0.05). Conclusion These results indicated that PA-MSHA strain vaccine can regulate humoral and cellular immuno-functions and improve the immune capacities in cancer patients to inhibit and kill the cancer cells. It might be an ideal supplementary therapeutic for the cancer patients.
