【摘要】 目的　分析孕前体重、孕期增重与新生儿出生体重的关系 ,为降低低出生体重儿及巨大儿发生率提供科学依据。　方法　根据孕前体重指数 (Body Mass Index,BMI)将研究对象分为高体重、理想体重和低体重三组 ,分别计算平均出生体重和巨大儿、低出生体重儿发生率 ;进一步分组分析妇女的孕期不同增重与低出生体重儿及巨大儿发生的关系。　结果　与理想体重组相比 ,高体重组巨大儿发生率较高 (9.1% ) ,低体重组的低出生体重儿发生率 (3.5 % )较高 ,(均为 P<0 .0 1)。若分娩前将高体重、理想体重和低体重组的孕期增重分别控制在 3～ 9kg、9～ 15 kg、12～ 18kg时 ,巨大儿与低出生体重儿发生率均较低。　结论　孕妇应通过科学调整体重 ,使孕前 BMI在 19～ 2 2之间 ;使理想体重、低体重和高体重妇女的孕期增重分别控制在 6～ 12 kg、12～ 15 kg、3～ 6 kg之间时 ,低出生体重儿与巨大儿的发生率将明显降低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of maternal prepregnant weight and weight gain during pregnancy on birth weight, and to provide a rationale to reduce the occurrence of low birth weight (LBW) and high birth weight (HBW) infant. Methods Women were divided into three categories(underweight women [UWW], ideal weight women [IWW], and overweight women [OWW]) based on prepregnant body mass index (BMI). Each category was further divided according to weight gain in pregnancy. The incidence of mean birth weight of the LBW and HBW among the 3 weight categories were compared. The relation between weight gain and LBW and HBW was evaluated . Results The incidence of HBW in the OWW was higher (9.1%) than that in the IWW; The incidence of LBW (3.5%) was higher in the UWW than that in the IWW. In 3 categories of pregnancy weight, the incidence of LBW decreased with increasing weight gain; however, the rates of HBW increased. When weight gain was 3~9 kg,9~15 kg and 12~18 kg in OWW,IWW and UWW groups, respectively, the incidence rates of LBW and HBW were the lowest. Conclusion To achieve ideal body weight before pregnancy may reduce the risk of LBW and HBW. To control the weight gain properly during pregnancy can simultaneously reduce the risk of HBW and LBW.更多还原
