【摘要】 目的 观察降纤酶对不稳定性心绞痛的治疗效果.方法 治疗组18例在给予常规治疗同时给予降纤酶静点5～6d,对照组给予常规治疗(硝酸酯类药,β—阻滞剂,钙离子拮抗剂等).结果 治疗组心绞痛发作次数、心电图改善情况、模拟血栓指数、凝血因子Ⅰ、血小板聚集率、血浆粘度较治疗前有显著下降(P<0.05),较对照组有明显差异(P<0.05).结论 降纤酶治疗UAP对缓解心绞痛,降低血液粘度,防治血栓有明显效果.更多还原

【Abstract】 [Abstract] Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of defibrase for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods 18 cases of unstable angina pectoris were selected as testing group and treated with combined therapy of conventional medicines and defibrase; 20 cases of unstable angina pectoris as controlled group were treated with conventional medicine only .Results Obvious reduction of the times of attacks, the simulant index of thrombus, coagulative factor one ,and platelet con-densation rate was observed in testing group.The results showed statistic significance(P <0.05) .Conclusion Defibrase has obviouly therapeutic effects for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.更多还原
