脑胶质瘤端粒酶活性特征研究

【摘要】 目的 研究端粒酶表达是否与胶质瘤的发生及恶性程度相关。方法 采用TELOMER ASEPCR ELISA试剂盒 (BM)对 6 2例胶质瘤标本端粒酶活性进行检测。评价端粒酶阳性率及活性水平。结果  15例高恶性度胶质瘤中 9例阳性 ,18例中度恶性胶质瘤中有 7例阳性 ,2 5例良性胶质瘤中有 6例阳性。高恶性组胶质瘤端粒酶阳性率明显高于良性组 (P <0 0 5 ) )。大多数高端粒酶活性胶质瘤是恶性胶质瘤。另外 6例髓母细胞瘤中有 3例端粒酶阳性 ,4例少枝胶质瘤端粒酶均阳性。结论端粒酶活性与胶质瘤病理分级明显相关。端粒酶活性可能是胶质瘤形成过程中多基因事件中一个必须事件

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate whether expression of telomerase relate to the development of natural occuring and malignancy degree of glioma. Methods “Telomerase PCRE: LISA”kit (BM) was used to examine telomerase activity in 62 glioma tissues. The positive rate of telomerase and relative telomerase activity levels were esimated.Results Telomerase was detected in 9 of 15 high degree malignancy glioma tissues, 7 of 18 middle degree malignancy glioma tissues and 6 of 25 benign glioma tissues. The positive rate of telomerase activity in high degree malignancy groups was significantly higher than that in benign groups (P<005). Most of the gliomas with high level telomerase activity was malignancy glioma. Telomerase was detected in 3 of 6 medulloblastoma and all of 4 oligodendroglioma. Conclusion The telomerase activity is hightly related with the pathological grade of glioma. Telomerase activity might be suggested to represent an additional required event in the multigenetic process of tumorigenesis in glioma.
