Ki-67LI检测脑膜瘤复发倾向

【摘要】 目的 对 44例复发性脑膜瘤和 45例非复发性脑膜瘤的增殖潜能进行比较 ,探索Ki 6 7标记指数 (Ki 6 7LI)预测脑膜瘤复发的意义。方法 免疫组织化学LSAB法染色 ,细胞计数采用多媒体病理图文分析系统。统计学采用SYSTAT和Excel计算机分析处理。结果 复发组Ki 6 7LI为 3 81%± 3 12 % ,明显高于非复发组 0 5 5 %± 0 5 7% (P <0 0 0 1)。良性脑膜瘤 (0 77%± 0 12 % )与非典型脑膜瘤 (3 6 3%± 2 15 % )比较 ,有显著差异 (P <0 0 0 1) ;与恶性脑膜瘤 (7 2 1%± 5 5 8% )有极其显著差异 (P <0 0 0 1)。复发间期与Ki 6 7LI有密切相关关系 ,相关方程 :复发间期 (年 ) =4 0 7(Ki 6 7LI) 0 62 ,相关性R =0 76。 8例复发性脑膜瘤前后两次手术Ki 6 7LI均数比较 ,分别为 1 84%±0 95 % ,2 0 1%± 0 74% (P >0 0 5 )无显著性差异。良性脑膜瘤Ki 6 7>1 85时 ,提示肿瘤有复发倾向。结论 Ki 6 7LI是脑膜瘤生物学行为的有效检测法。

【Abstract】 Objective To examine the significance of Ki 67 LI in predicting the recurrence of meningiomas. Methods 44 recurrent meningiomas and 45 non recurrent meningiomas were compared to study the proliforative potential. Immunohistochemical staining (LSAB) and multimedia image analysis system of pathology (MIASP) were used in present study. SYSTAT and Excel were used in statistical analyses. Results Ki 67 LI in recurrent meningiomas(3 81±3 12%)was significantly higher than non recurrent meningiomas (0 55%±0 57%)(P<0 001). Ki 67 LI in atypical group (3 63%±2 15%)and malignant group(7 21%±5 58%) were significantly higher than benign group(0 77%±0 12%)(P<0 001). A linear correlation was observed between Ki 67 LI and recurrent time: recurrent time = 4 07 (Ki 67 LI) 0 62 (R=0 76 P<0 001). To compare Ki 67 LI during the first operation (1 84%±0 95%) and seconnd operation (2 01%±0 74%) in 8 recurrent meningiomas case, there was no significant difference (P>0 05). Recurrence is with high possibility in benign meningiomas when Ki 67 LI >1 85% were determined.Conclusions Ki 67 LI was a useful parameter for estimating of biological behavior of meningiomas.
