【摘要】 目的　观察双腔静脉吻合法行心脏移植术后移植心脏的形态和功能。方法　为１ 例终末期慢性克山病患者施行双腔静脉吻合法心脏移植。供心的上、下腔静脉分别与受者的上、下腔静脉吻合， 左房、主动脉和肺动脉的吻合同标准术式。手术吻合时间为６１ ｍｉｎ， 体外循环时间为１８２ ｍｉｎ。结果　主动脉开放后心脏自动复跳， 生命体征平稳， 心电图示单一房性Ｐ波； 受者现已存活近２ 年，生活质量良好， 心功能Ⅰ级， 经食管超声心动图示心房和心室大小正常， 无房室瓣返流。结论　此术式在技术上是可行的， 其确切疗效尚需进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To investigate the therapeutic effects of bicaval orthotopic heart transplantation (BOHT). Methods BOHT was successfully performed on one patient with endstage dilated cardiomyopathy. Duration of the operation procedure for anastomasis was 61?min, and the period of the CPB was 182?min. Results As the aortic crossclamp was released, the heart begun to beat spontaneously, and had excellent biventricular contractility. The patient has been survived for 1 year until today and is now living well. Conclusions This approach is technically more simple than total orthotopic heart transplantation and preserves the anatomic and physiologic function and integrity of the right atrium, especially the conduction system.更多还原
