【摘要】 目的　评价胰岛素瘤术中血糖监测的意义。方法　本院自 196 2年至 2 0 0 0年 4月手术治疗胰岛素瘤 5 0例 ,45例行术中血糖监测 ,以肿瘤切除后血糖升高 2 86mmol/L作为肿瘤完全切除的指标。结果　本组肿瘤切除后 30min内血糖升高 2 86mmol/L者 33例 ,占 73 3% (33/ 45 ) ;6 0min内血糖升高者 38例 ,占 84 4% (38/ 45 )。肿瘤完全切除的 43例中 41例用该方法能提供帮助。假阳性2例 ,无假阴性结果。结论　术中血糖监测对判断肿瘤是否完全切除有实用意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective[WT5”BZ] To evaluate the value of blood glucose monitoring during the resection of insulinoma.[WT5”HZ] Methods[WT5”BZ] The data of 50 patients of insulinoma between 1962 and April 2000 were reviewed, in 45 patients blood glucose was monitored. The criterion of complete tumor removal was set when the blood glucose level rises to 2 86?mmol/L (50?mg/dl) within 30 minutes after tumor resection.[WT5”HZ] Results[WT5”BZ] Blood glucose level started to rise within 30 minutes after tumor removal in 73 3% (33/45) of the patients and within 60 minutes in 84 4% (38/45) of the patients. In 41 of 43 patients whose tumors were proved to be completely removed afterwards the intraoperative elevation of blood glucose level was up to the creterion. False positive was found in two cases and there was no false negative.[WT5”HZ] Conclusion[WT5”BZ] Intraoperative blood glucose monitoring is valuable indicator of the complete tumor removal provided that a appropriate creterion was set.
